A deposit of 50% of the rental cost will be required upon reservation and will be payable by credit card or interac transfer.

*Full payment 30 days prior to arrival. When payment is received, we will give you the chalet entry code.

*Refund policy:
– All cancellations over 90 days before the date,
refund of deposit -300$ fee.

– All cancellations between 90 days and 30 days before the date, deposit not refunded .

– All cancellations between 30 days and 0 days before the date, no refund.

* Accommodation tax of 3.5% per night is extra.

*Additional person adult $50 per day, child $25 per day.

*A security deposit of $500 to $2000 for damage, non-compliance with regulations or other is requested in the form of a pre-authorization applied 2 days before the reservation for a period of 5 to 10 days.

*The chalet must be left as it is it was when you arrived.

*Permanent surveillance on the estate for respect and tranquility of the place.</p >

*the domain now has 3 chalets nearby, no harmful noise outside or otherwise will be tolerated.
